We specialize in land development and water resources. Founded in 1982, Momenee uses its experience to provide innovative yet efficient designs to satisfy the needs of our clients while meeting the requirements of municipalities and other regulatory agencies. Karins and Associates, our parent company with offices in Newark and Georgetown, DE, brings more regional experience and additional capacity for our clients’ larger projects.
